Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla soymilk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 T almond butter
- 1/4 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 t ground cinnamon
- 1 T Trader Joe's soy protein powder
Method
Put all ingredients in blender and blend. If you'd like, you could add soy vanilla yogurt for creaminess.
